Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders with Priority Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 3:00 PM PST except major holidays). Overnight Service and 2nd Day shipping orders, placed by 3:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service.

 

THE GATE BEAUTIFUL™ accepts orders being shipped to U.S. destinations only. We're sorry, at this time we are unable to accept orders being shipped to international destinations.

 

Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

 

Order Cancellation

 

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:


item(s) not available.
Difficulty in processing payment information.
Cannot ship to address provided.
Duplicate order was placed.
Cancelled due to a customer request.

 

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact THE GATE BEAUTIFUL™ Client Services at  by email at concierge@thegatebeautiful.com.

 

Back-Ordered or Out-of-Stock/Items


If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the back ordered item.

Back-ordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will be shipped to you. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a back-ordered item, please contact us at concierge@thegatebeautiful.com  and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Shipping Options

 

THE GATE BEAUTIFUL™accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (includes APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories).  We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses and apologize for any inconvenience.

 

THE GATE BEAUTIFUL™orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your order. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."

 

UPS - UPS GROUND SERVICE: Rates $6.00 - $9.00 / Product Purchase orders $75.00 and over FREE (We cannot ship UPS GROUND to P.O. Boxes - Normal Shipping rates apply). Orders are received, processed, and shipped to destination within 3 10 business days.

UP2 - UPS TWO DAY SERVICE: Rates $15.00 - $20.00 - Orders are processed, received, and shipped to destination within 2- 4 business days. Orders must be received by 10:30 AM PST. Any orders received after 10:30 AM will begin their processing cycle on the next business day.

P.O. Box shipments and orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands), are not eligible for this service.

Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories.


P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
 
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Please be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order.

Gifts may be exchanged within 5 days of the day the package was received (as long as the items are unused). If you are returning a package please use an insured and pre-paid method (we recommend UPS or FEDEX). Include your packing slip (or a note with your invoice number) and your reason for return.

Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

Some items sold by THE GATE BEAUTIFUL  require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items.

The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At thegatebeautiful.com, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. 

 

If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.  If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.

 

Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. THE GATE BEAUTIFUL™ currently accepts the following credit cards:

 

     Visa and Mastercard Only .

 

 Currently, we do not accept the following methods of payment:

 

     COD's, personal checks, money orders, credit cards with billing address outside the

     United States, gift certificates or layaway.

 

Please Note: For your security your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

 

Billing

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, WA. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to concierge@thegatebeautiful.com.
 



Regretfully, we must limit orders to no more than six (6) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $1000 (not including shipping fees and sales tax) per customer. If you have any questions please contact us concierge@thegatebeautiful.com.
